Jolie’s work has focused on adolescents and teens, but she also has worked successfully with adults into their sixties. Her repertoire includes aiding clients in navigating interpersonal challenges and a spectrum of mental health disorders, including mood disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. Proficient in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she adeptly orchestrates individual and group sessions for both teens and adults. Jolie’s professional toolkit boasts an array of modalities, encompassing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp), and exposure therapy for anxiety and specific phobias. Central to her therapeutic practice is the sanctity of the client-therapist relationship, which she nurtures within a secure and validating environment.
