Therapist
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with teens in residential treatment and schools, and I’m passionate about helping people of all ages align their choices with their values to heal and thrive. I support clients with anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+ issues, suicidal ideation, and life transitions. My training includes DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, ERP, play therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based care. I also contributed to a pilot study on art and exposure therapy for couples. My goal is to help clients get to the root of challenges and live more authentic, empowered lives. I’m also a mom of four.
Brandee Hansen, CSW
CLINICAL THERAPIST
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as your true self. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, feel heard, and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace.
As a single mom of three, I understand the real-life challenges of balancing responsibilities, navigating stress, and continuing to show up each day. I bring that perspective into my work, valuing authenticity, resilience, and meeting clients exactly where they are.
I specialize in working with substance use, LGBTQ+ concerns, criminogenic behavior, couples counseling, and teen mental health. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating chronic pain, divorce, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and personality disorders.
My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make real progress. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you build skills, increase insight, and move toward your goals. I am currently expanding my training in EMDR and plan to pursue certification in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Outside of work, I enjoy camping and off-roading, watching funny movies, reading, playing video games, and spending time with my therapy-dog-in-training, Jazzy.

Jake Sparks, LMFT
Clinical Director
Jake works from a relational, thoughtful approach that blends practical tools with deeper insight. He believes therapy should feel both grounding and empowering — a place where clients can slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change. His style is collaborative and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are and moving forward at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
With extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, OCD, and complex emotional patterns, Jake helps clients identify unhelpful cycles, strengthen relationships, and develop clarity around their values and goals. He focuses on helping people feel more confident in their ability to navigate stress, uncertainty, and everyday challenges.
Clients often describe Jake as warm, thoughtful, and deeply present. He brings consistency, curiosity, and compassion into each session, helping clients feel less alone as they work toward greater balance, connection, and emotional well-being.
