I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, and I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to counseling.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and relationship concerns. By incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques and practical coping strategies, I help clients build resilience, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
